Hi once more,
I hope I'm in the right place to ask for help :-(

I have installed ACE2 for ArmA II and it runs great, except for when I, or to be more precise, when an order is issued or someones talks over the radio, no sound is emitted.

I know something like this post has already been created but I just can't find it *SCRATCH*

Also, I read it has to do with some file in the ACE folder.

Please help, *HELP*

I second this; I recently installed ACE 2 on ArmA II (latest patch). I was energized but when the soldier’s talk over the radio, no sound is emitted. It simple pops up as text.

always read the ACE2 FAQ first.

FAQ:
Radio chatter from the AI may be eliminated. See the ..\ArmA2\userconfig\ACE\ace_clientside_config.hpp file and either comment or uncomment out the ACE_NOVOICE definition.

Has nothing to do with troubleshooting as its addon/mod related and as such belongs in the respective mod/addon topic, in this case any of the apropriate ACE/ACE2/ACEOA topics.

Topic locked, not deleted as it contains usefull info. Any new topics about ACE will again be deleted now holidays are over.
