Hi,

I'm a 48 year old former U.S. Army Paratrooper. The avatar pic is me rigged up for a jump waaaaaay back in 1983. I've been a computer game fan since, well, forever, having started out playing a simple text based (yeah I said text based) flight sim called 747 jumbo on a Digital Equipment corp Vax 11780.

Online games are my preference. Some of my favorites though the years have been:

Red Baron II/3D
Panzer General
Close Combat
WW2OL
IL2
and lately, Eve Online

yes me too,
starting from 1997 a bridge too far (close combat),then western or eastern fornt if i'm right and comming to the road to baghdad,they were the best military games (tactically speaking) at a certain time,so i'm in in for this idea too,
and i give salutations to August.

Hey guys,

I've been playing OFP since it first came out on demo back when I was in high school. The I became a Marine and "played" for real out in the sand box a couple of times. The computer that OFP was installed on was placed in storage and was completely destroyed by humidity corrosion. Anyways, that was a couple of years ago. Fast foward to the present, and I wished I really bought a new computer much earlier! I can't believe I've been missing out on Armed Assault! I have a little addon experience which consisted of an unfinished Yak-38 and Tu-160.
