That's exactly what I am thinking. If everything else checks out and none of your other programs run poorly then yeah that's my next thought. I've seen Starforce make an otherwise stable system completely unstable.

Just as a follow up of my own, one of our team members got a hold of the Czech version themselves. He has a 3.0Ghz processor and a 6800GT video card and can't run it at the settings the game recommends. I'm thinking this could be starforce's ugly head coming up again but still don't have any hard proof on it. It will be interesting to see if it addresses these problems too. Though this teammate of mine it won't do any good as he threw in the towel already and sold his copy.

I hope the Czech patch does anything positve for your game, in case you didnt download it already, just try it :)

If you already have the German version now add the German patch to it, lots of people report positive after installing, but still I saw some probs rise.

Greetings all....

I ran into a simular situation after purchasing an 24" LCD Monitor. But I'm only running (2) 6800 GT's in SLI. What I did was decrease the resolution a bit. W/ that monster you have you shouldnt have too but Maybe if you have a large LCD.
