Try Eliteness, I think that can open all pbo's. I recall lots of people have reported troubles opening OA pbo's with the standard tools.

[edit]
Fixed laugable typo :-)

Did Bohemia do this on purpose?

When a white army battles Indians and wins, it is called a great victory. But if they lose, it is called a massacre.

I am not real sure as to where to stick the dll files. Can someone elaborate on this for me? All's I'm trying to do is find the right name for the sound files being played so I can match up the sounds to the weapons for CSMv2 modules I'm creating.....or trying to create. You see, some of the sounds that I created are not being played with OA, only with ArmA2. Tis quite frustrating.

the entire thing goes into a single file. this being said, the dll files go into the program directory, and canot be placed anywhere other

however, the program itself can be located anywhere on your pc, like downloaded straight to your desktop, and placed in a folder there, andit works for me.
