Gentlemen, I have a malfunction.
I see white grass for time to time while playing ArmAII on our(AGE) server. I just installed the 1944 mod with the help of a friend yesterday and now I see snow every where. If I look in a different direction it goes away but it comes back once I turn my head back. When playing ArmA/Arrowhead on the AGE server, white grass would pop up from time to time. No one else has this while playing so what do you guys think?

Play around a bit with the ATOC setting, I think this will solve your issues.
