Disable all your custom addons and mods, if the issue is fixed you are now sure one of them is causing it.
Now, enable each mod, one at a time and test if the issue is back. If not add the next mod. As soon as the issue comes back see if its a combination of mods (by trying), a certain mod (by activating only the last one when the error starts to happen).
As you see, more than enough for you to do, good luck!
PS:
With that ammount of addons active you cant really expect not to run into troubles right. Troubleshooting than comes down to your own testing.
Also, what happened to "-mod="? And spaces in folder names?
i copied the shortcuts from the arma II launcher i used that to enable and disable mods so all unchecked goes to the bottom that way it's easier to get an overview of what is causing this im sure it's an ai inhansment mod just need to find out wich one if im lucky someone might know wich one
94 +- 3rd-party mods loaded and this is the only problem that you have encountered...consider yourself lucky.
As Foxhound stated you are just going to have to do the leg work yourself by pulling some of the likely candidates from the loop, and those likely candidates would be those mods which change the crew assignments or otherwise alter the cargo positions of the vehicles the unit(s) are clipping.
viper i had that problem with civs but only at certain maps
noquarter it seems that it's only some choppers and plains that does this so i'm just gonna avoid em
