Every server I connect to, enemy models skip foward a few feet at a time and ghost all over the place as they're running. It makes things very hard to play.

My connection is strong as is my tower, are some of my settings messed up? I'm also running total vanilla OP. Arrowhead.

Its Desync. Most bigger servers cant handle the ammount of players given, due to the coding of MP. Translation, it will happen a lot. Desync is basically just... Lag without lag.

Yep, this is due to lag... find a better server or less people on it. Maybe also join a server
that is in your own country so thats the server stats are better also.

Just to confirm all this too, what are your comp specs? could always be the graphics doing
this as your pc is not up to standard.

Yup, so its def down to lag then, is it like this on all the servers you play on?
how about a highly populated SP mission?

Single player always runs flawlessly, this is pretty much each and every MP server...

EDIT: I'm pretty sure low pop servers run better than high pop, but a friend of mine in the same geographical area as myself does not experience these problems to the same servers.

Well, your getting this problem like you said on pretty much each and every MP server!
so it has good reason to be your connection! if not then its just simply the wrong time
and place that your choosing the MP server to connect to, hehe.

My Speedtest.net screen came back as 22 down, 4.5 up.

Is that low for most servers?

About average, the only other thing it coule be though im not sure is the firewall or
security settings you got on your connection! dont take my word for this though as im really
not sure that security firewall etc effects the ArmA2/OA games ... though it has done on
other games in the past.

I have my router set up to allow those ports, but I will triple check the firewall settings..

I'm also considering trying to take my connection off the router and going directly to my computer.
