Everytime when I want to start ArmA 2 OA, with CBA it says, that he can't find the file x\cba\addons\main\script_macros_common.hpp ???
I patched CBA with SIX Updater to the actual version.
What I have to do??
Please help me, it's very important.

Custom addon related issues do not belong in the troubleshooting section. Thats only for issues with the default game. Topic moved.

Have you installed CBA the way you are supposed to have it installed? Meaning there is a difference between CBA for OA, CBA for A2 or CBA for CO! Read the installation instructions!

Yes I did, I also asked my clan members and they said, I should only use CBA. So I've got no CBA_OA or CBA_A2. I also installed community based addon new, but that didn't helps. The error message is still there.

Make sure you have the @CBA modfolder enabled. And that you have the latest version.
Double check all your other addons/modfolders and delete any CBA_** addon you find outside the official @CBA modfolders.

Also, are you running A2: OA or A2: CO?
Are you activating this with your shortcut or in-game (expansion menu)?

I've got ArmA 2 and ArmA 2 OA in one file. So a CO.
I activating it with a shortcut to the arma2oa.exe.
What you mean with eneabled??

Added 23 minutes later:

It still doesn't work, it can't find the .hpp.

Make sure you are activating the mod in your shortcut (right-click and select properties)
DRIVE:\PATH\arma2oa.exe -nosplash -mod=@cba;

Example - - E:\MYGAMES\FOLDER\ARMA2\arma2oa.exe -nosplash -mod=@cba;

it's looking for cba_main.pbo (bit confused) check location of your @CBA .pbo's
