As of now, I would think that this mission will have some issues if you try to run it in coop-- TPWs house light script, for example, is using the SP version, so other players may not see it. My super simple mortar script may not work either. And while I'm fairly certain the weapon selection stuff will work bc I used global add commands, there may be other issues.
I think someone converted my last mission (Op. Croc Hunt) to be Coop-friendly, and since this is just the initial beta release, I can work on making a coop version in the next update. Thing is-- I've never made missions for MP/Coop, I dont know what needs to be different in order for them to work correctly. If there are any threads someone can point me to on what I need to make sure is in-place, I would be happy not only to work on getting Razor's Edge coop-capable, but release future maps SP and Coop versions.
Feedback, ratings, stories are all highly encouraged. I want to hear how people are tackling the mission, I played through 3 or 4 different ways, pursuing different objectives first each time.
Oh and also, if a mod sees this or someone who knows how to make edits to my page I want to correct a couple of things in the mission page's description:
1) The deep-cover CIA asset did not make it into the mission, so I want to remove that part after it talks about the BAF prisoner optional obj (which is in there).
2) I want to change CAS to artillery support, you do not have CAS, you have a single mortar fire mission when you discover the location of the camp.
Hmm that's strange- I did get a lot of CTDs when working on Croc Hunt, but no more than a couple during Razor's Edge. I did only have the required mods activated when editing and testing the mission, so it is possible that there are conflicts. Maybe try it with only Aliabad, Tier One and ANA?
I heard from one other person who played part of it on the BI forums, and he didn't mention anything about CTDs.
Got it to run, musta been something I was running. I'll have to look into it. Anyway I played through the whole thing. Very impressive, felt like a real world op. The briefings, the interactions, all very well written and they played out nicely. Only problem I ran into was the "Clear Tagaw" objective never clicked off. Also, I couldn't call the extract bird. Other than that it was quite nice. I think the ANA did most of the heavy lifting however. I had one BMP get taken out but the other just cut through the OpFor. It was really cool to have friendlies around though, really did feel like a combined op. So all in all, great work headup.
OK cool good to hear. Glad you enjoyed! As for Tagaw, you have to clear both the madrassah (where the waypoint marker points) and the compound next to it, plus sometimes enemies seem to try and take cover inside of the houses and end up falling through the floor. I may make it only the madrassah to complete the objective if people have a similar problem.
But then did you get the location of the camp from the civi then (which should not have been possible if the clear Tagaw obj is not completed) or find it on your own?
Thanks a lot, that is positively odd about Tagaw. I just played through and did not have this happen, I'm wondering if maybe the ANA got there earlier and cleared Tagaw before you spoke to the civilian, but even this should only update the current objective and not the taskStatus or anything. I'll investigate it further and put a note to do so in my list of updates in the first post.
As for the endgame chopper evac, when Tagaw and Hadiz are both clear, the Haaquni camp is clear, and Zajib Faisal is confirmed dead (killing him is not enough, there's an action on his body to confirm the kill), you should get a notification from Charlie Actual that he's confirmed and to use Radio Bravo (0-0-2) to call in Wildcat Bravo Two for evac. Once you activate Radio Bravo, the chopper makes its way in, the ANA liason leaves to return to his unit, and when the chopper lands you simply get in and order your men to follow, which ends the game once you're onboard. So I guess bc the Tagaw obj became incomplete somehow, you did not get this option. Perplexing...
I think when I make revisions, I will make the clear objectives and speak to civilian part of the same objective and just have the task details and locations update. Currently, they are separate objectives, which may help ensure that when you clear a town, you get the option to speak to a civi and then that completes the objective.

Very good job for real i'm enjoying a lot! I'm playing without problems but when i try to load game it says cannot play edit mission because of downloable content, and it´s a lot of downloable content ... why??? And when i start the mission from the begining it apears on map to go to rendevous point but once i get there nothing happens!! Help me please because i really enjoy this mission but i cant load my game and it sucks a lot!! Answer please!
