Special Forces Snakeplain

Description:
An attack and defend mission brought from Americas Army, rebuilt for Arma2CO from the ground up. Built to look and feel like the real deal.


Installation:
Extract the .pbo file(s) to your ArmA2 Operation Arrowhead\Missions folder.


Notes:
1.The sound for the C-130 is broadcast across the server so both sides hear it for now. May fix it later.

2.(RUN OUT OF BACK OF C-130 or open Chute action may not be shown!)The parachute jump height is just over 500m Pull your ripcord just after jumping.

3. I am looking into scripting ,for a Chute opening after leaving the C130 ,without having to pull it yourself.Simulating a Static line Jump.
In AA2 it opened on its own as well.

4. I have dramatically reduced the amount of 203 ammo for both sides to make it fair game. Allied Airborne get 4 203 rnds/while Axis get 2 and 2 Rpg rnds.
5. VERY IMPORTANT------> I AM USING THE DYNAMIC VIEW DISTANCE TO SIMULATE THE FOG SETTTINGS BETTER.
------> YOU ARE ONLY 500m UP PULL CHUTES WITHIN a Normal 5 second count. One One thousand! Two One Thousand! ect. <---------

Its very Important that you dont pull your chute after the cloud layer If you count to 7 one Thousand your pretty well dead. DO NOT PULL Before 5 seconds though or you will drift off and out of
the scope of the mission area.

You will see the Corn rows or Vegetation of the landing area thats where you want to be. If you go out of the Light brown ground area your out of the scope
of the mission area. If you drift towards the barn your going to be spotted and more then likely killed.

6.LAND IN THE AREA OF SIMULATED CORN ROWS/Corn Flowers, so TO SPEAK,THEN USE THE FOG TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.

7. THIS MISSION WAS INTENDED FOR CLAN BATTLES AND AS SUCH MOST SHOULD HAVE ENOUGH COMMON SENSE TO PULL RIP CORD.AND STAY WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE MISSION AREA.

I HAVE INCLUDED TRIGGERS TO SHOW IF SOMEONE IS LEAVING THE AREA.This included Airborne Drifting off course so remember the Above.

Both Clans or teams should Speak with each other and agree on a good time to allow for grabbing gear ect. The leader of each team should decide the best COA.

8.THERE IS NO RESPAWN!- Though I have included Kegetys Spectator script. So game play should be taken seriously enough by both sides to have a good showdown/ CLAN MATCH.
I have included Claymores in the gear boxes but in limited numbers. The claymore usage should be agreed upon by both sides however as it can be overkill on the attacking force
due to having to stay in the mission area.

9.NIGHT VISION IS ONLY FOR BLUFOR LIKE IN THE REAL MISSION FROM AA2.

10. WEAPONS CRATES: They have been loaded only with the weapons pertaining to the scope of the mission and weather/Visibility Limits.
the Attacking force has a little more 203s then the Defending force to equal out the 2 RPGs the Defenders have. In AA2 the OPFOR had RPGs but few rounds.
