Hello buddy.

First, taxi your aircraft to the Catapult/CATOBAR system, Scroll and click the top most option (Can't remember off the top of my head, but it's a beige colour and it should be along the lines of Attach), then hold Q or whatever your throttle is, then put flaps all the way down and then scroll again and click "salute". Off you go ;)
