# SavageCDN : Will you be doing more VTE MP events in the future?

We are going to be definitely more active on the MP Server, and i'm quite sure, since snak now can take a break from all the editing he has done in the past, that he will now relax with a good round (or two) of VTE MP 1.5 - especially with the numerous improvements the MP is supposed to be great.

Also, you can ofc. always join in on PMC VTE 1.5 Official Online, not only during event times (=, but lets see if maybe an event or two will be arranged.

ok thanks!! I can bring around 10-15 players for a scheduled event.. we do our own every week or two but there are a bunch of guys who would love a Vietnam-themed event.

Vietnam: The Experience Mission Pack has been updated! 11-29-12

There is no changelog, but I cleaned out the non working missions (or ones without briefings etc), added few new ones and converted couple of MP ones to SP which can be played with only player + AI.

Vietnam: The Experience multiplayer 11-30-12 using new v1.5





VTE Mission Pack has been updated (12-01-12).

Changes:
- SP mission VTE Showcase Men / Characters added.
- MP mission PMC COOP 32 Targets updated to v0.3.2 (new vehicles added)

Hi I got a question about VTE game logic Enable Vietnamese Speech (PLACEHOLDER)

The classname is VTE_VNSpeechLogic but how do I get this game logic to function in the editor?

Its only a placeholder, it does not work at the moment. The scripts aren't ported to SQF yet.

Vietnam: The Experience v1.5.25 upgrade has been released! Only 219kb, so its tiny, go grab it now from VTE homepage and enjoy some improved Vietnam War Mod gameplay!

Larger update has been planned for the upcoming months, stay tuned and please send some feedback.

Thanks to Sickboy for sharing Play With Six lockdown launcher with us, I would have announced this first but was under the impression it was private info on private chat, apparently I was mistaken!

Basically by using this utility you get an Updater, Launcher and ServerBrowser specialized for Vietnam: The Experience. Several elements and unrelated content are either removed or hidden.

It is a basic bootstrapper program that Installs Play withSIX and pre-requisites when missing, and launches Play withSIX in lockdown mode on the desired mod.

If you like, you still have access to the full Play withSIX experience, simply by launching it instead of the bootstrapper.

Both the bootstrapper and the lockdown mode are still early versions and both will be much improved coming time. Expect improvements and more variants popping up for more mods coming time :)
