when im in towns or something like that if there is a battle going on or people with me SOMETIMES all the soldiers and building and ground textures go like BAF lite kind of look.

its horrible :( some people say its something to do with nividia control panel?

i rig is immense i dont see how it does it, i mean i have a giant 6 core cpu running a GTX690 gpu with 16gb of ram :S


anyone found a positive solution?

Try to run the game with NOT everything set to max? I don't have the problem with an i7-3770 and an old HD5870. But I also don't need 200% 3D Resolution and 10k view distance :-)

i know what you mean :), just as its there its luring me to use it haha

i currently use: everything on VERY HIGH and on MAX RES and 150% 3D settings and 3500km view distance

what do you have your settings on W0lle?
this may give me an idea thats all.

@OP: What resolution are you running and what size/how many monitors are you feeding with that GTX690?

1920 x 1080 and 1 monitor, and a 42 inch 3d tv :D hehehe

Added 59 seconds later:

just wasnt sure if there was any tweaking on nvidia control panel needed doing?

For the most part, you can get away with "Let the application decide" in the relevant NCP settings and make your changes through the games Advanced Video GUI.
Then it is just a matter of tweaking those individual settings -one by one- to find your sweet spot.

Nah, not really. Start with all on max and then work your way down until you found the right balance. 3D Resolution and Post processing are the ones you may reduce first. The fine tuning you'll do on the fly while playing.
