Is there a processing speed difference between
player addMPEventHandler ["mpkilled", _this execVM "script.sqf"];

and

player addEventHandler ["killed", _this execVM "script.sqf"];

in a multiplayer game? ive tried both and they both work in multiplayer so i was just wondering which would cause less desync for the user.

I guess, and I am really guessing, the MPeventhandler is quicker cause it is made for MP and so broadcasted across the network. The other one is local and so you will have to sent the info across the network yourself, which might be slower.

But again, this is only a guess :-)

Depends entirely on what you want to do in script.sqf
