I read this idea for a game on cracked.com and i think its not that difficult, even if you don't want to use the whole island (which i think would be better since this mission wouldn't be team-based and the whole island is a little too big for that) you can put boundaries that may very well resemble hunger games (sudden fire when the player reaches certain zone)

obviously due to alpha capabilities we would have to rely on firearms mostly but still there somethings that i believe could be implemented with creative thinking, hell, the players will figure out something cool eventually.
So, there is the idea, i just thought of the connection, in no way i'm capable of doing since i haven't even had a look at the editor from ArmA3, but if its anything like the one from ArmA 2 it can easily be done, and with some hard work it can look, feel and play very nice.
