Hi I am making a custom mod for a small group, it requires the download of 2 mods from Google downloads which are the polish npl Civilian/Police and Military/Police addons for Arma 2. There is only 4 or 5 vehicles and skins which I need but the file sizes are almost a GB. I don't want them to have to download this much so is it possible to extract the relevant pbos that I need from the folder and add them to my modfile rather than adding in the whole addons to it which would be huge?

So it is possible? The addons are free for non commercial use which this is not so I have permission.

You seem to not understand what non-commercial use means. Editing an authors work is not allowed without permission, so go get that first.
