I was playing with different LEA loadouts and I inmediately fell in love with Urban CSAT uniform+NATO helmet combination, joined with different weapons according more to the faction I want to create. I think that since I use mostly A3 material it wouldn't be so difficult, so any help?

This config should start you off. You did not give a side so its a blufor unit with the CSAT urban uniform.
Its untest so may give errors.

Create a new folder and give it a name, this will be the folder you pack into a pbo with AddonBuilder. Next copy & paste the text into notepad or better still notepad++, and save it in your new folder as config.cpp . In AddonBuilder set the source(new folder) and destination, untick binarize for now then click on pack. Then start A3 to see if it works.
