How is it not working?, worked perfectly for my buddy and I.
You need to provide some details as to what you did, and or how your going about it, if it worked for me then its something with your ports.
Heres a tutorial vid for Arma3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpEZl1vYJVU

Right I forgot your OP, no matter Tunngle supports hundreds of games, after Tunngle loads, you will see a list on the left, choose shooter and choose Arma2 on the list.

Yes all those who are wanting to join the mission being hosted, as you are connecting on the same network, all of you need to be in the same room aka channel on Tunngle, then once your there, minimize Tunngle and then just go to lan ingame and who's ever hosting you will see their server.

have you tried searching ?

BI Wiki:

ARMA 2

The arma2.rpt, arma2.bidmp and arma2.mdmp files are located in your -profiles root directory, or if used without this parameter then it can be found in these default locations:
WINDOWS XP:
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\ArmA 2
WINDOWS VISTA / 7:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\ArmA 2
