I have the weirdest problem: My Push-to-talk button (which is one of the special mouse-buttons) have worked perfectly but recently it has stopped functioning the way a PTT-button should work, namely stop transmitting when I release the PTT-button. ArmA has this prefix in controls for buttons that stop their action the moment the user releases them, which is "Hold".

Now it seems like I can't get the controls-dialog to understand how to make a button a "Hold" button so I dont have to tap the button twice for a short "Affirmative". I have tried a lot of things and nothing seems to work.

Anyone knows how to make a button a "Hold" button in ArmA 2 Controls?
