So i've had this problem for AGES and never found a fix, I've been waiting and searching for them, but I forgot about ArmaHolics site and I'm hoping that you guys will be able to help me. Arma 3s crashes usually are between 0-1hr of gameplay, and it usually just becomes shorter and shorter amounts of gametime. My friend wanted me to host an altis server using DUWS, we played for about 30 minutes, crashed. We played for about 10 minutes, crashed, we played for another 10 minutes, crashed. We switched DUWS over to the stratis map and that usually lasted between 30 mins and 1 hour. On altis life, my game crashes basically after 0-5 minutes of gameplay. I launch up the game and sometimes it crashes when i'm joining, and when I do get in, if I die, I have a chance of crashing, when nothing happens and I buy my car and begin driving around the map about to patrol or go somewhere, I crash after about a minute or 2 of driving. This is annoying the living hell out of me and i'm starting to fear that there is no fix and I will not be able to play this wonderful game. This is one of my most recent crash logs ;

-either your game installation is corrupt > check files (steam?)
-your videocard / computer has problems > clean it toroley (videocard / cpu cooler etc.)
-an object in your mission if bugged > check other missions / stock missions etc.
-use latest drivers (gpu, chipset & windows update + reinstall DirX)

How about posting your system specs and also are all your drivers up to date? I also suggest going through this thread and seeing if you can find anything that may help your game to stop crashing. Welcome to Armaholic :-)

1st - Check The Rules! 2nd - Use The Search!

My Specs are -

Processor - AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core 3.50GHz
Motherboard - M5A78L-M LX V2
Ram - 2x 4GB DDR3 Kingston
Video Card - AMD Radeon HD 6670 1GB

Video Card and computer is crappy in general, IDK which object could be bugged, I tried reinstalling awhile ago and it didn't work. Using latest drivers for my stuff.

If Zeealex would use the proper terms the whole community uses he means the startup parameters.
Imo I think its your graphics card, the number of people that I have talked too who have crashing
issues with Ama3 all have Radeons, and really no issues with nvidia cards.

Whoops! I've always known them as launch arguments, my apologies, it's been drilled into my head from other games' configs that call it a launch argument.

I've got a Radeon 7850 and it runs fine, but it could be an issue with 'lower end' Radeon cards, not saying mine is high end. Either way, I'd check it out too, if I was having crashing issues.
