Problem 1- When i buy a weapon im the only one that can see it in the ammo box, but i cant pick it up. But when someone else buys something then i can pick it up.

Problem 2- When i buy a vehicle, i am the only one that can see/ get in the vehicle. I can drive around but as soon as i get out it looks like i appear out of nowhere and looks like i teleported.

Problem 3- I cannot see any server's on the server list, i have to remote connect.

When i am in the editor i dont seem to have this problem,

Things i have done to try and fix it.
1. Verified Game cache
2. Re- Installed the game
3. Turned off my Antivirus, and Firewall temporarily.
4. Port Forwarded 2300 2301 2302 2303

I am pretty tech savvy, so ive tried my best to do my own research and find a fix but i just cannot seem to find it... The administrators believe it is a client side issue...

Server-side problem for all you said about buying vehicules and weapons I think.

For the other issue I think there is still some trouble with your local configuration. Antivirus and firewall seems not to be the problem, as you turned it off for a while. But you may check the Windows-integrated "firewall" which sometimes self reactivate without warning anyone.

Also make sure that you launch your game and Battleye service in admin mode. It can cause trouble if not. (and the same with TeamSpeak sometimes).

Any idea of what would be causing this issue?

Added 1 hour 50 minutes later:

I have turned off window's firewall already as well. Im running steam as administrator, so it should run the game as administrator correct?

Not at all. Opening your house's door wearing gloves don't means that you are always wearing gloves inside.

More technically, Steam is one exe, battleye service and arma 3 are two others, with different sets of permissions. :-)

Actually, since Steam is Arma 3's parent process, it will also have administrator privileges. Same thing for battleye.

Here's a real life scenario though: If you give your house key to Steve, Steve can go give Adam that key to open the door.

I can't tell anything different about your issue John, but maybe try to contact the server admins and ask them to delete all your player data.

Sometimes I like to think as I started the whole "earplugs" thing.

W0lle: The only advice I can give you is: Do not try to understand BI. You will not succeed and it only makes your brain go boom. I would even go so far and say that not even they understand their own actions :-D.
