Well, i really dont know.
But one thing its sure, if there is any difference it will be something like the differences between 505Games version(UK, France, Spain, Italy, ...) and German, Czech, Polish, ... versions.

What i mean, its that if there is something new for the USA release, it will be added for the other versions as a patch. So i wouldnt worry.

But as i said i really dont know, and only BIS or Atari can know it at this point.
