Hi, I'm currently playing the demo while I wait for my copy of the UK version of the game to arrive. The biggest problem I am having is the absolute accuracy of the enemy AI! Even when prone if I just show a slight glimse of my body to the enemy, 1 shot later I am dead.

Is there any mod that makes the enemy AI a little less accurate? I do have the enemy skill level at the lowest but they still have great accuracy. Or has the enemy in the UK version been toned down a little? Thanks.

The art of war is simple enough. Find out where your enemy is. Get at him as soon as you can. Strike him as hard as you can, and keep moving on.

I know, the AI is a bit over done if you ask me. I love the way in which they constantly flank you if given the chance, but the accuracy is completely ridiculous. To hit a target the size of your head while only crouching at about 500m with an AK (which aren't the most accurate weapons in the world) is simply not possible in RL so how the heck can these guys do it?

In MP the server can specify the enemy skill level and also accuracy so I guess for MP its just a case of tweaking this settings (still have to tdo it on our own server).

For SP you can set their skill to a custom value by going into the options, select difficulty and there you can set AI skill level to custom and play with their skill level a bit.

Thats good, the AI in this game is really impressive I just got off a coop server on the demo, just me and this other guy left alive we were sneeking around, I popped off a few rounds and saw a tango drop. About 10 seconds later there was a sudden bang and the score board came up. We got fragged! Was awesome.

Is this different in the retail version of the game as opposed to the demo, as I already set the enemy AI level to it's lowest in the demo?

I do only play MP, but I will make a test setup here and see if there's a difference in their accuracy.
Should have results later today. :)

Further to my last, I didn't see that I could scroll down the difficulty settings for Enemy and Friendly AI to where the Custom settings are. :blush I have now set the enemy AI by the custom settings and am finding it a little bit easier now, thanks for all your help. :)
