I really like the new updates ]NTRUDER. This is still one of my favorite all-time missions. Do you think there would be any way to add some mission parameters to control the number of team members? Sometimes I play this solo when I don't have anyone else to play through it with, so I just take command of a single fireteam. It would be cool if you could set it to only having a single fireteam and maybe scale down the number of bad guys when you do so.

@node_runner

That really warms my heart mate, thanks for the kind words :)

About the number of team members; do you mean that when you join a dedicated server with 0 players where my mission is running, you want to be able to decrease the BLUFOR AI, even if you are not the admin of the server? Because, you know that you can just disable the desired number of team members at the lobby screen? (if you are the admin OR hosting your own game) So for example you can disable all members of Bravo team and just start the mission as the Team leader of Alpha team, thus commanding 4 AI soldiers.
Sorry for being all basic level with you but I'm not sure what you mean exactly...

To scale down the number of enemies is a nice idea. I will have a look at how I best can implement that. So maybe for next version ey...:)

@MikDawg

Why wait until Saturday hehe :D
Seriously, I hope you have fun with it!

]NTRUDER:

I just mean scaling down the amount of OPFOR, based on how man BLUFOR players there are, or just having some mission parameters that allow you to select from a menu. Maybe something like:

LIGHT OPFOR - Appropriate for a single player with some friendly AI.
MEDIUM OPFOR - Appropriate for a single fireteam of Humans.
HEAVY OPFOR - Appropriate for 2 full fireteams of Humans.

Yes thx, now I understand what you mean.
I think I've seen such a solution in some mission somewhere. Will investigate further =)

OK, tonight's game was a success apart from server crashing right after destroying the trucks.. bugger!
But we had great time all the way before that, thanks for that!

We were playing on dedicated server and there is still some problems 1. Each death registers twice - not really a big issue but we like to keep track of our deaths. :)
2. this happened in checkpoints:

Oh dear! I was afraid something like that might happen... :con
The thing is I didn't get to test the createVehicle thingy (which spawns the good stuff at the CP's) with more people than 1 or 2 on a dedicated server. I later learned that for some reason the lines of code I'm using will create one item of everything in the list for each of the connected players (only on dedi though)... So lol's are in order! I need to fix it.

Thanks again for the feedback! :)
