Well it is a port of our mod from ArmA1, we have reworked a lot, but there are bound to be ArmA1 textures in the mod. They look just fine in our opinion, what ArmA2 does is add much better shaders than ArmA1 had, so everything looks much better while mostly using the same texture sizes. However, we hope to replace most of it with new content fully compliant with ArmA2 graphical standards for our true ArmA2 project "Invasion 1944 - Wacht am Rhein" later on.
