Started this like 2 months ago but put it away for a while. Just thought I'd share where I'm at for once. Not meant to get anyone's hopes up, as I know it's an often-desired addon, but this isn't near ready for a release. Or at least not a good one. This is my like 4th model ever made, obviously the most ambitious in terms of size. Figured if I made somethin big it would teach me a lot haha. First time making something for the game. The textures will hold this back more than anything, as that's another realm (photoshop/etc) I have yet to learn. No screenshots of it but take my word that everything other than the deck looks like crap. So if any skilled artists out there are brave enough, hit me up. Otherwise, I'll do my best to try and get this done before school starts back up at the end of the month lol. The video shows the roadway LODs work and that the carrier is walkable, landable, and "takeoffable"! The interior stuff at the end was just for testing and seeing if I could pull it off. It will most likely not be included in any release, because its really not to scale and also there's no practical use I can think of for the game

NodUnit released some new screens showing the current state of his Abrams model.

The loaders MG is finally finished, redid the commanders station, added some equipment and gave a few things facelifts..still have a number of tweaks and changes to make but it's getting there. Not everything will be model in final, some model pieces are just being used as 'reference' points for normal maps but the goal of this far more 3D than the default abrams as well as have more accuracy and detail.

I agree R.M, the thing is, (and the thing Enad doesn't get, to the point of trying to call me an idiot) is that it's not meant for ArmA 2. It's already above the polycount limit for ArmA 2, and he thinks the finish product will be double the current number.
It's a beautiful project, but it's just a project, not an addon or mod.
