Play capture and hold on the utes island. Hold zones to get reinforcement Vehicles.

Changes:

• Decresed size of capture points.
  
• Incresed size of safe zone for eatch side from 200 to 250.
  
• Fixed win message when east win.
  
• Changed Capture time to 30 sec.
