Major_Shepard released a new version of his
Loadout Editor for Arma 2: Combined Operations and ACE 2 on the
BI forums.
Changelog:
- Fixed: Mission Editor: compatibility with ArmA 2 OA patch v1.63. Script error displayed in game when a slot is disabled.
AWESOME! Now this is a brilliant Loadout tool that will be extremely helpful to those of us who end to suffer the "everyone spends 2 hours at the crates" curse, or would just like to have a more "professional" approach to loadouts. I really like how you can use this both in-game and out. What's especially nice and stands out on top above other similar solutions for loadout planning is the really slick visual interface. You can actually see everything as you would in-game!
My only hope for this right now would be eventually allowing people to import their own weapons. It would be nice, because sometimes a mod might want to use this and test their weapons in a closed group before going public. So having an option to import weapon .pbo's so you can add such weapons into the loadout manager would be pretty handy and nice.
Overall, this is a 10/10 for me.
This is a great tool. I've ran this tool this evening and found it very helpful for preloading my personal loadouts both in and out of the game. Very nice to have several presets that can be instantly loaded in game depending on what you want to do in the mission. It's also fab that its compatible with ACE, RH weps and more. Brill and thanks. 100% score for me!
Many thanks for this!!
Just to let you know...this is a great mod! My whole unit uses this Mod (Task Force 313). Thanks for this.
umm can you add suport for the new dlc? and some of the new ace medic system and tools? you are missing a lot of content which is a shame.

Awesome tool!
It is of great importance to not have to sit at the ammo box now you can concentrate on the brief and other details rather then loading at the box..
I rate this at 8/10!
Is there any way to stop this thing from working on dedicated server?
@Fanatic, the easiest way would be to activate verifySignatures (v2) in the server configuration file. Mission based solutions are not secure.
I do wish that more people would embrace this addon instead of shutting it out, as it helps out dramatically. An option to white-list (server-wide) additional weapon packs for use through this addon would be helpful and may encourage more server to allow it.
