![]() Combat Medical SystembyCMS Team Description: CMS is a medical system based upon the Trauma Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) courses taught to thousands of US, AUS and UK Military and Law Enforcement medical professionals around the globe. This system will allow for players to feel the stress of trying to treat their team-mates in the heat of battle in the most austere of situations, it will allow for an expanded medical system that we hope you enjoy. CMS has been made to provide the Arma community with an alternative medical system that focuses on realism while keeping gameplay in mind. Any treatment option is always available, as long as you have the right equipment. Simply pressing every button until they disappear like checklist systems will no longer work and some (limited) medical knowledge is required. Features: - Bleeding, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure - Custom damage handling & hit detection script - Custom equipment and items with models - Various treatment possibilities including tourniquets, IV’s and medication. - Dragging, carrying, loading/unloading of casualties (inside vehicles) - Including various possible conditions such as cardiac arrest - Medical Menu (GUI) and triage card system, Vehicle Casualty Management - Screen effects for players - Various Option to disable/enable and adjust settings of CMS - Support for third party modules - Support for much used mods such as ACE and ACRE - Medical Clutter script Installation: This modification is required to be run on both the server and all clients! As we always recommend use modfolders to seperate the custom content from the official game content to prevent problems. For different ways to set up your modfolders and use them please visit our FAQ. When you are using the Steam version you can find a Steam mod installation and activation FAQ here. Additionally you can contact the CMS team through Skype in the dedicated Skype channel. Contact Rye on the Bohemia Interactive forums for details. Future plans: The future for CMS looks bright. We will continue releasing medical modifications and adjustments, but no longer will the project continue on Arma 2. This release will be the final release for Arma 2 as we move onto bigger and better projects with Arma 3. We want to thank the community for their support and general feedback. We've used both the positive and negative (there wasn't a lot of the latter!) to keep this project going, and bring it to a level where it needed to be - with quality control in mind and playability on the highest list of our priorities. We thank you as a community for testing, for giving us feedback, providing us with bug reports and supporting us as a mod developers. I cant open the menu. But i think i know the problem - i dont understand step two...
Can someone help me?
Ummmm....
fixed: Bug #73574: Atropine should decrease HR not increase
http://acls-algorithms.com/bradycardia
There are 3 medications that are used in the Bradycardia ACLS Algorithm. They are atropine, dopamine (infusion), and epinephrine (infusion).
I'm a little rusty on my ACLS... thankfully haven't had to ever use it... but that kinda looks wrong to me.
having a problem getting the mod to work on my servers is there a way to fix this or something
Port to ArmA 3 please :D
I wish they'd released one more version before moving over to Arma 3. CMS is truly awesome but some features were left unimplemented/not working (saline & blood) and there is an annoying bug that they claimed they fixed (Sometimes a unit that wakes up from unconscious keeps having 0bp / hr and dies) but it still appears occasionally... I guess we'll only see CMS truly when we switch to Arma 3 :P
