Deadfast released his Visible Crosshairs addon on the BI forums.
Quote Deadfast : Adds a stronger black outline to the crosshairs to make them stand out more against light backgrounds.
The new crosshairs introduced in ARMA 3 are nice. If only they weren't sneaky little bastards hiding against the many light-colored backgrounds Stratis offers.
With the more prevalent black outline you can now enjoy them even with the UI scheme set to Stratis Black.
