Nice Port,
main issues I found on the fly:
• You're not able to enter the buldings/use stairs, the collision models are totally off
• Very, very bad performance
Cheers
Keep up the great work man, I really like it
The wind noise is really really loud though, like really loud
and no collision obviously but for a work in progress its awesome I see a lot of potential
Wow. I'm very impressed with your work so far. I have to agree with Fa11en, the wind noise as well as the factory sounds are extremely loud. Again, awesome work, keep it up... Can't wait for the next update/final release
.
All of the above:
-No Collision model for buildings (In the power plant area at least)
-Wind and Power Plant noise is too loud
-Prypiat performance rather bad
Also a rather bland map other than the really detailed Power Plant and Prypiat...
Besides that, it's an amazing map, one of my favorite areas around the globe for sure ^_^
thank you for making an "abandoned" city that actually feels empty. incredible job. cant wait for the full version. although could you make a version for those of us with low-end PCs too? xD
Anybody remember the "One shot, one kill" mission from Modern Warfare? It's coming to Arma 3...
The same as already stated above. This terrain is beautiful. Tested only in ArmA II CO. The atmosphere is chilling and really creepy. If you can fix the above mentioned flaws and add maybe some more forested areas it would feel perfect. There are still too many barren spaces. My kudos to you the Chernobyl reactor plant is beautiful looking. I still have to explore propyat a bit more. keep up the good work and I hope you keep both versions. ArmA 2 & 3.
thanks for your hard work.
looking good so far!
cant wait to see it filled, polished and with a more divers vegetation!

cheers
Here's a short video I made just to capture the atmosphere.

Looks so amazing! Extreme lag tho, but I bet that will be fixed in the future. I will keep an eye on this.
it looks like this has a ton of promise, so please, make sure you keep working on this, and don't just abandon it in its current state. thanks, and kudos.
I don't get any lag on the map 'gtx 660', you should totally fill out the map with forest instead of the open space. please don't abandon this it looks like it will be amazing; If your geting lag don't just post "massive lag" because then people don't know if your useing a macbook or 2 gtx titans in sli lol, post your specs and setings.
Love the map, you just need to add collision models to the buildings. I also noticed that when I walk around the power plant area on foot my character is knee high in overlapping textures such as grass and roads. I understand it may be a work in progress, just pointing out some hitches that need correcting. Don't give up on the project - I love the fact this is one of three maps to be released in the beta release of Arma.III.
Can't wait until final release!!
There is no lag on this map btw - For anyone who is interested in downloading this map it should run well above 60 FSP. I run at 120 FPS.
665k i5 @ 3.4 GHz
HD Radeon 6670
Not a terribly high performance computer but with those specs on FPS if I can run it you can.
