Arma 3 - Arleigh Burke class destroyer
Chops is working on an Arleigh Burke class destroyer.

This addon will represent a "Flight IIA" Arleigh Burke class destroyer of the US Navy. Weapon systems included will be:- 1 × 5-inch (127-mm)/62 Mk-45 mod 4 lightweight gun
- 2 x 20mm Phalanx CIWS*
- A Verticle Launcher Cell equipped with:
- RIM-174A Standard ERAM
- RIM-162 Evolved Sea Sparrow Missle
- RUM-139 Vertical Launch ASROC
- BGM-109 Tomahawk cruise missiles
- 2 × Mark 32 triple torpedo tubes
*Flight IIA ships only have one, but I want moar gunz.
It will have a functional helideck. The extent and details of this depend on what happens when the game is finally released. I'm not going to invest a load of time on work-arounds or scripts or the like, only to find the game develops in a different direction regarding vehicles on vehicles and PhysX. This will also be the case with weapons and countermeasure systems. Not only do I have no idea how to implement much of a weapons/countermeasures system, I imagine the likes of Mando Missles will be far better anyway, and allow me to concentrate on the model.

Arma 2 - Bell 47 / H-13 Heli
hcpookie informed the community he started working on the Bell 47 / H-13 Heli. Besides a sky ambulance model there will be several civilian models, a UH-13B light gunship used by CDF and TAK and CSAR orange model.

Got the latest build from M1lkM8n and it's almost finished for sure, just a little more fine tuning and tweaking and it should be ready for an initial release.
I'm not sure how many of the buildings we will include, that project is moving along pretty slowly, we have done a lot of building fixes that will be included, but the opening up of existing buildings requires a lot more LOD's and fine tuning before they're 100pct done, and we don't want to shoehorn WIP stuff into the A2 releases at all.
We should be done with an initial release in the next couple weeks for everyone to enjoy..
List of things done:- A2 assets swapped in where possible to reduce package size
- Alpha Alpha GPS/Grid coords for Artillery
- Working roads for AI
- All A1 Buildings with Collision issues fixed
- Improved pathing for AI on many roads, walkways, docks, and other foundation structures
- Ocean Color corrected to better match A1
- Skybox removed from distant view while flying, nothing but open ocean on Sahrani
