Description: The RDS Tank Pack contains five painting schemes. Available at AAF->Armored. As for now, those tanks requires Static Weapons pack. Features: BMP1 features: - PsychX - WIP gunner sight - Working interior (however some PIP issues may occurs, and driver indicators are not present yet) - Working cargo doors - Khaki & Takistan painting BMP2 features: - PsychX - FCS implementation in progress - Khaki, Takistan, Guerrillas & UN painting available Installation: Extract into the ArmA 3 Directory, by default this is located in: 32-Bit - C:\Program Files\Steam/Steamapps\Common\ArmA 3\ 64-Bit - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam/Steamapps\Common\ArmA 3\ After extraction it should look like this: Steam\Steamapps\Common\ArmA 3\@your_mod_folder_name\addons\ You can also use the "Arma 3 Alpha" folder in your "My Documents" folder. Your folder setup could than look like for example this: mydocuments\Arma3 Alpha\@your_mod_folder_name1\addons\ mydocuments\Arma3 Alpha\@your_mod_folder_name2\addons\ mydocuments\Arma3 Alpha\@your_mod_folder_name2\addons\ When present place the "userconfig" folder into your game install folder, usually: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3". You may already have "userconfig" folder from other addons and/or mods in which case it is safe to merge the contents from this archive. You'll also need to add a Launch Parameter to Steam, in order to do so right-click on ArmA 3 Alpha and click Properties and then Set Launch Options. In the window that opens enter in -mod=@your_mod_folder_name For using multiple mods you would then do so like this: -mod=@mod_name;@mod_name2;@mod_name3;@mod_name4;@mod_name5 Note: You can also use -nosplash to get rid of the splash art and intro videos. And of course you can also enable and disable community made addons and mods through the in-game Options Expansions menu if you do not want to mess with startup parameters! I wish to express my deep appreciation to this wonderful conversion made by foxhound Reyhard. The newly reworked T72 gives the perfect tank physics, the realistic moving sound, and a brand new FCS weapon system with auto range adjustment. It's so enjoyful to maneuver this tank with those enhanced view options. I've only found the lacking of aiming cross hair for gunner and turned-out commander in the 3rd person view. I wish it can be added in the future update. This is a great implementation showing the new life (or better life) of Arma2 content in Arma3. Please keep those cool works.

Any chance to see similar interior as it's in BMP-1 in the T-72, BMP-2 and the planned vehicles?
i have only two issues with the BMPs they need to be amphibious like their real life counter parts. and then the other issue is the with the interior seems all the view ports are just awkward and it feels like the camera is a foot behind your guys head which makes it very awkward for first person driving.other than i love them correct guns and good everything but the view and lacking amphibiousness for both of the BMP1 and 2 i cant wait to see them get that update!
Great mod, i always wanted a FCS.
But T-72 variants equipped with missiles should have missile sight instead of standard NV sight.

I hope you will do this sight because aiming missiles trough primary sight is not really comfortable. And missile sight would be easy to implement as. In reality it have night and day modes so tanks would not be lacking NV.
You sir have made me such a happy man Q_Q cries tears of respect, i cant thank you enough for bringing back the T-34, i just love that tank, and thank you for bringing all these goddies!

Too slow and weak, with turn left and right.
This is probably the best vehicle mod that there is for arma 3 right now. I love all of them but especially the BMP-1!

just wondering reyhard ive been working on a syrian T72 AV (currently being used by syrian army) and wondering if you could help me with it?
Arma 3 is a game for people who are new to the armaseries. Many arma 2 operation overhead gamers are sad that Bohemia interactive is going in the future and does not stay in the present. more and more i see arma 2 to arma 3 ports and im really thankful for that. since u have done a brilliant job porting the tanks. i would be amazing if u could port the arma 2 operation overhead ground vehicles for example the striker models, the guerillas armed pickups and the others to arma 3. many arma player are tiring to get arma 2 in to the arma 3 layout. Would you consider doing that for us ? keep it up mate
