X39 informed us he released an updated version of his
Medical System 2 on the
BI forums.
The changelog is very long so if you want to see all changes in version 2.0 beta please refer to the downloadpage.

come updates for Medical System 1 ?
problem with XMS1 is that from my dev perspective its kinda hard to maintain it due the fact that ton of stuff needs to be rewritten to push out updates fixing those "bugs" which are concept issues ^^
there might come a patch soon but yeah ^^ no new features (only a rewrite of the blackout for example)
the carrying animation can be improved.
