Angel Island, is my first terrain for Arma 3, it's based Angel Island, in San Fransico Bay. It's a small Island, with a high level of difficulty, due to the hilly lanscape, and the high density of vegetation.

Features:
Elevations come from USGS Map Database.
Real elevation model & roads & structure implantation
Terrain is 4 km²
Island is 2 km²
2 small towns
1 hotel Zone
Small farms and structures dispatched around the island.
Multiplayer Mission Included !! : [Coop]Conquer And Destroy by [V]Tyrghen
Random targets to destroy & Random Zone to Capture.
VAS and =BTC= Revive included.
Installation:
To install the Angel Island you should use modfolders to keep it seperate from the official game content to prevent issues.
With Arma 3 you can use different ways to set up your modfolders to use custom content you have downloaded.

I see this island from my work almost every day and I'm pumped to check it out. I've actually always wondered how the island would fit in a Bay Area war zone, as it serves little strategic value, but tactically is a great place to position AA or to call airstrikes from the peak.
beautiful little island, but it is not a holiday destination .... very dense vegetation and permanent oppression ... tactical and rigorous approach is needed....enjoy
Just checked it out in the editor, very nice map. It looks very life like, very believable. And although it is not even as large as Stratis, it has much more interesting areas. I will definitely be making some nice infantry missions on this island!
If you are still interested in making more maps from US islands ( I hope you do), have you considered the Channel Islands/ Southern Channel Islands off the coast of LA. I would really like to see them made in Arma3.

i found a bug that only happens on this island .. if you make a night mission it stays dark even if you change the time in the editor same goes for day . iv had no other issues with the other maps i use adn have no idea whats causing it . he map its self is awesome good job.
Excellent map. Highly realistic, no observable bugs, and one of my new favourites. Sometimes smaller is better!
The AI doesn't drive on this map, there are rocks on the road near pearles beach, and players can get stuck in the ships at ayala harbor, though that's just how the objects are.
