Description: This adds a throwable Satchel charge for arma 3. Good for clearing mine fields and good for destroying or disabling vehicles. I've been asked to re-upload Throw able satchel. I redid the effects, and sounds. Got rid of the cluster grenade as it will need work. You will find a Demolition Specialist under NATO Men. The class name is B_Soldier_Demo_F who carries the throw able demo. YES AI will use this, but 70% of the time foolishly! The satchel is found in Arsenal under the name Throwable Satchel Charge. The class name is Demo_AMMO. Just put the backpack on character and start. The arming switch will automatically be added. The 1st video uses Mods JSRS and Blascore Murr edition. The other ones do not. Installation: To install TrowableSatchels you should use modfolders to keep it seperate from the official game content to prevent issues. With Arma 3 you can use different ways to set up your modfolders to use custom content you have downloaded. When I have this mod with RHS, the RHS grenades become useless. They can't be thrown. They don't appear in the throwable slot where it should be. Other than that, this is pretty cool. Really big explosion!
Lol Over looked that. A fix is on Bis forums. Armaholic will be up to date in a lil while.

Any chance you could do this for explosive charges too please?
How did you do this? I'm trying to do some fancy throwable stuff, too, but I don't get the Arma paradigm when it comes to throwables. It seems like everything is either a static which does not respond to "setvelocity" or an inventory object which follows its own rules.

Ah, never mind - my guess is you assigned a satchel charge visual geometry to a throwable like a chemlight or something. (I wish a simple attachto would work so a mod isn't required, but, alas, that doesn't appear to be the case.)
