Mid-Detail Texture is the immediate follow-up to my clutter removal mod.
With no clutter being rendered, the default terrains can be a little bland.
The low-resolution satellite texture, relative to scale of the terrain models, doesn't do much to help the situation. Long ago a champion by the name of "BadBenson" challenged the beast, his undertaking is still talked about to this
day. Growing up, hearing the tales, I decided that one day, I too would fight the beast. This mod attempts to address the some of the shortcomings of the default mid-range texture (smoothness, noticeable pattern, etc) and at the same
time expand the covered content.
To install Mid-Detail Texture you should use modfolders to keep it seperate from the official game content to prevent issues.
With Arma 3 you can use different ways to set up your modfolders to use custom content you have downloaded.

Activate the mod in the Arma 3 Launcher.
This mod is NOT to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. Armaholic will remain
the only distribution channel at this time. This is to ensure better control
of any revisions (It's irritating to see your mod already posted, out of date,
with a poorly written description on a site you later intend to upload to).
