A2 Declassified: Specialized Ordnance
Specialized Ordnance, formerly known as Section 3 Declassified, is a mod created to accompany Article 2 Studios' Operation: Trebuchet (OPTRE). Specialized Ordnance was created by the Fireteam Zulu team in an attempt to bring what was once Fletcher's Section 3 Declassified into a new era of Operation: Trebuchet. Upon discovering that much of the configuration and tactics used to make the original mod, we decided that, with some extra polish, it could become an entirely new work of art. Now, rather than hope that the clunky code of the old mod doesn't kill your server, you can use Specialized Ordnance to ensure you and your players aren't as inconvienenced.
Specialized Ordnance adds an 'X' variant of near every weapon that Operation: Trebuchet adds to Arma 3. These 'X' variants come with new and exciting ammunition types and results. Whether you're looking for JHP, HVAP, SAP-HE, AP, HE, SS, or even NARQ rounds, we've got you covered. Even attachment limitations have been changed to be less restrictive of your own creativity. If that isn't enough, there are not only plans to expand into retextures of base Arma 3 weaponry, but we even include the M28A2 IMWS DMR, a DMR weapon system with an integrated M6D! In the near future other custom models, similar to that of our M48B Cricket, will be included to further expand your Halo universe....Oh and yes, an M7 placeholder is included!
To install A2 Declassified: Specialized Ordnance you should use modfolders to keep it seperate from the official game content to prevent issues.
With Arma 3 you can use different ways to set up your modfolders to use custom content you have downloaded.
