Description:
This mod adds a prototype TRG-25 LSW that fires from 100-round drum magazines. It is compatible with existing 5.56mm 30-round magazines. Should support Mag Repack, but that's currently untested.

FEATURES:
- Normal polyurethane variant
- Hex painted variant
Has 5 ammo types:
- Standard reload tracer
- Tracer (Green)
- Tracer (Red)
- Tracer (yellow)
- Explosive
- Visible magazines on the ground when dropping ammo, instead of the vanilla cloth pouch

Three fire modes:
- Full auto
- Three round burst
- Single fire

The explosive ammunition is pretty balanced, the explosions don't have a ridiculous radius and have a rather high ammo cost so AI won't spam explosive rounds until they're out of everything else.

You might think that this is a pretty overpowered rifle, given its weight, ammo capacity, and recoil, but you're wrong. It's accurate up to about 450m and then dispersion becomes a very real problem. The lower powered 5.56 combined with the ridiculous fire rate makes accuracy hard to maintain.

It's really only good for one thing, and that's suppression. Sure, it's good in CQC, but the reload time and fire rate make it rather unweildy.


Installation:
To install TRG-25 5.56mm LMG you should use modfolders to keep it seperate from the official game content to prevent issues.
With Arma 3 you can use different ways to set up your modfolders to use custom content you have downloaded.

Known issues / Limitations:
- Explosive drum clips into user's arm. Purely aesthetic.


Notes:
FAQ:
Q: why is there only 75 rounds in the explosive drum and why is the drum bigger?
A: The explosive rounds are prototypes and must be packed with additional protection to prevent premature detonation.
Q: Some of the explosive rounds don't produce an explosion. Why?
A. They are duds that were made with low quality detonation material, or some of the protective packing got stuck on the explosive tip.
