Tiberian Genesis


About the modification / What are we doing:
This modification aims to depict the epic second tiberium war of GDI and Nod into the Arma 3 engine. It will provide players with the chance to experience what Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun would have been when experienced in first person, with the ability to handle and use many of the original features of the original game plus those enhanced features of the Arma 3 engine. Through this world you will get to see Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun up close and personal, with glowing crystals of Tiberium on the battlefield, walking mechs like the GDI Mammoth Mk.II, and the ability to control everything what you like, every vehicle, every defense building, and of course yourself.

The development of Tiberian Genesis started way back for the game Operation Flashpoint in June 2004 (by Sentry), then switched to Armed Assault (Arma 1), later to Crysis (Cryengine) and is now back to Arma 3.
Our goal is to mix FPS with RTS elements together to achieve an interesting gameplay while sending you back to the past, reliving one of our greatest childhood games from a completely fresh perspective. One vision, one purpose!

This will be a full conversion mod for Arma 3 for non-commercial use only!

Our first release includes our Tiberium content and some vegetation plants. Check out our modules to let your Tiberium fields grow

•Tiberium Spawner - sync to objects to make them spawners.
•Tiberium Gardener - required for Tiberium growth.
•Tiberium Damage/Heal & Resurrection - death from tiberium can turn you into Alien from Max_Aliens or Zombies and Demons by Ryan.
•Tiberium Light - Arma 3 does not handle multiple lights well, so this module is for strategic light placement for lone crystals. Can be synced.
•Jukebox - advanced module for playing music, supports scripted conditions and music presets. Electronic Arts, Inc. allowed us to play their licenced songs only if we show their copyright on screen.
•Tiberium Value - not used right now, but will be used in the future. Defines the cost of each crystal when harvested.

To install Tiberian Genesis you should use modfolders to keep it seperate from the official game content to prevent issues.
With Arma 3 you can use different ways to set up your modfolders to use custom content you have downloaded.

Next update will happen around New Year 2021 with some units and structures, so you guys are able to make some cool missions with our content.
Please be patient, we try to make the content errorless as possible and also fun to play. Game-Balance is on a high priority.

• It is not allowed to open/edit our Tiberian Genesis Mod files (pbo and others)
