BlueVein has released a new version of this PvP mission in the our forums.

Changes in this version:
    Fixed
      - The save stats debug array turned off
      - DMR ammo.
    Changed
      - Pimping town moved
      - Civs and Ind all spawn in the same location
    Added
      - New car shop
      - New Toys in illegal car shop
      - More item shops
