They are meeting to discuss the sale of a stolen U.S. UAV. We have been given the go ahead by Russian brass and U.S black ops to implement operation Dead Kings. Eliminate both men and destroy the UAV so it does not fall in to the wrong hands"

Use a 50 cal from the supply
drop to kill the drug boss and the general while they meet at the meeting location
