I was wondering if is possible to change the side of a unit. Ex:A civilian that was an enemy to the West and friendly to the East.
have a good day

Yes this is possible.

To make a civilian friendly to the East but enemy to the west do this.

Place your civilian then place down a russian rifleman (set his probability of presence to 0%) and link the civilian to the russian (so the russians the leader). The leader (russian) won't show up but the civilian will be classified as East. So he will attack and get shot at.

Armstrong-"Hey Carillo, do you see that?"
Carillo-"See what?"
Armstrong-"Something's burning over there, see the smoke?"
Carillo-"That's not smoke it's dust!"
Armstrong-"Dust? i don't get it."

Set RACS to be friendly to East. Now civilians automaticaly will be friends to East and enemies to West!
