I want the mission im making to fail if any of these 3 objects are destroyed, and id like to do it via a trigger if possible.

Objects are; 3 armour vehicles named M1, M2 and M6 representing the vehicles they are.

so im looking for somthing like "if this destroyed mission failed" for all three, in the Init or like i say via a small script or trigger.

you will make three triggers
for the activation put blufor
for the condition put not alive m1(make a different trigger for each unit)
if you want the mission to end put type end1
if you want just a message hint "tank destroyed"

You only need one trigger, size is 0 for both X and Y.

Select the Ending number you want, e.g. END1

In the triggers condition line you type:
(not alive M1) OR (not alive M2) OR (not alive M6)

Great help both work but i do fint the second easier :) it seems there are a lot of different ways to do the same thing on this editor, and thats not a bad thing, least for me :)
