Your experience gave me an idea tonight and I re-checked my routeur config to tweak its settings in the "virtual server".If needed I could post my detailed routeur settings here. Now it works fine if a client connect my server, using the IP / Port settings. Now i'd like the clients to be able to connect without having to add the IP / port, just the normal way.

Note 1: it's not a matter of "battleye" as we tried several times enabled and disabled to get the same result.

Note 2: No big deal, I can wait the final release (If they fix that problem)

Note 3: Aren't we a bit off-topic ?

I can add a virtual server in my router as well. Interesting to see that also fixes any connection troubles, I never tried that before but now sure will :)

As for the others:
    1 - Thanks for letting us know. That takes away at least some speculation about it.
    2 - They have to fix it, no way they can keep it like this. If they dont fix it they can expect some very bad community responses.
    3 - Nah, not if I rename the topic ;)

1.11 sucks most. memory mistakes are made very much my server of SL sucks because of 1.08 but 1.11 doesn't make it any better i think still 1.08 is better. the only thing i like from 1.11 is the AI for driving over bridges (might come in handy:8)
