In the forum of the website arma.at.ua adw8613 released his first addon weapons, in which he wanted to show the further development of АК`s 100 series.
In this addon presented examples of fictional Kalashnikov rifle caliber 7.62x39:

Can you tell me if adw8613 has made this all himself or is he using other peoples work?

I am asking this cause I need to be sure about things, I posted some work released in the Russian community before but all that happened is was me getting messages it contained the work from others and I had to remove everything again.

Hi Foxhound, if you care about copyright infringement, this is not a problem. I personally asked permission adw8613 to placement of its addon on this forum.
adw8613 not lays out his work here because of poor knowledge of English language (although my English is not the best )

So what you need to do now is ask adw8613 if he has used other peoples work! then get the people who gave
permission to contact Foxhound so that he can release the work to the public.

I am not an investigator. I asked and if this is his work and he properly asks permission otherwise that is good enough for me. Armaholic hosts addons where people always write/tell us they have permission and I can never check that anyway, that is an impossible job.

If we find out afterwards all permission info etc were given to us in fasle such a person will soon find out and know what happens than

I do not know English, I write cherel online translator, so I apologize for any errors.
I have never dealt with arms and when I started to work on the addon, was not sure that I could. I did it on trial, was not going to publish, therefore partially used someone else's work without permission of the authors.
Now I am doing a new version, where there will be works of others. Will be used only my work, converted into the models and textures BIS, as well as MLOD models Vilas, which he allowed to use.

So vilas given u permission to port his arma 2 AK-12 to ArmA 3? I remember asking he only allowed few certain people and I remember some names he send.
