Hi all,

For those who owned ArmA II (for me, Complete Edition) on Steam, have you noticed that the actual version of the Beta Patch is : 103718 and actually, the last Beta Patch available is the : 108074

In other words, the Steam version as a retard of five Beta Patch.

Is it normal ?

What Steam staff waiting for to update ?
Must we do the update by ourselves ?

I don't really know why, but maybe this missing update can be the origin of many problems with mods updated by PlayWithSIX, because I know that many mods and updates needed the last Beta Patch version.

If anyone knows, can you give us some answers ?

Thanks all, and have a nice day ;-)

Steam gives you a BETA Version of OA---- You launch that up and the base game will update to its needed state. There must of been a problem with integrated updater when Arma was put on steam for there to be a external program. As you may have noticed Arma 3 has no problems on updating on its own.

Hope this helped. if not oh well.

Hi Rain Maker,

Yep, I see that, that's just that when I post this, I see many updates in the site of Bêta Patchs, and in comparison with the version that I have, there were around 5 versions late.

Now that's good, the updates done, maybe a time without any patchs.

And I see that to have the latest Bêta patch, I must activate the bêta program "test".
That I don't do.

I launch ArmA II by two differents cmd.

One for the game with only mods modifications of gameplay, performances...

And an other with major modifications, like new weapons, ACE, etc...

Thanks for your reply anyway.
That's always nice to have an advice or learn something from others members.
