So I'm trying to avoid the use of "virtual" assets for fire support *,

So, what I've got is a radio command to have an AV-8B(LGB) take off, and then follow a roughly circular set of waypoints over the target area using the cycle waypoint to link the last waypoint of the "patrol" with the first such waypoint. It will engage laser targets designated by the player, so... so far so good.

I've placed waypoints after the cycle command to have it move to a new target area, and I set the cycle waypoint's condition to "bravo = false", and the "on activation" field of the trigger for Radio Bravo to set "bravo = true"

My hope was that Radio Bravo would cause the first cycle waypoint to be cancelled as its condition was no longer met, and have the aircraft move to a new target area - but it doesn't work.
How can I cancel the cycle waypoint to get the unit to break out of the cycle and proceed to additional waypoints?

*smaller question: I followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBkKhG_T22g&t=100s&list=LLqYnNUGs3ZQpG-5lZUIKLOw&index=1 for artillery support using a "real" battery - but it seems that the batteries never run out of ammunition. Is there anyway to make it so that the artillery support available is strictly limited by the number of rounds in the battery?

PLEASE CONTACT ME ON BI FORUMS FOR ANY SCRIPT / MOD QUESTION. TKS

no, I don't think that is the one, but your link was useful nonetheless:

Either a Switch trigger or script can be used to "break" a group out of a cycle loop

https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/2D_Editor:_Triggers#Type
Switch - A switch trigger is very useful for "breaking" a group out of a Cycle waypoint loop, or moving the group away from a Hold or Guard waypoint. When the trigger is synchronized with a waypoint, activating the trigger will instantly change the group's current waypoint to the first waypoint after the synchronized one. Note the synchronized waypoint's On Activation block is not executed.

It seems I want to use a switch trigger sync'd with the cycle waypoint.
