Hi
I made mission set in WWII and used this script
null = [] spawn {{unassignVehicle _x; moveOut _x; sleep 0.5;} forEach units grupa2;};]
which is in waypoint. The problem is script is not working on server and plane stops moving to next waypoint and make circles above the map. The same problem is with planes which have only AI paratroopers inside. Any solution for that? The problem does not occur with the test in the editor.

try the eject action:

{unassignVehicle _x; _x action ["Eject", vehicle _x]} forEach units grupa2;

Same as with MoveOut. I noticed that the problem only occurs on the plane with the players, AI are jumping normally but AI planes do not go to the next waypoint.

Ok, I found a solution. instead of waypoint, I used the trigger and it worked.
