Lol none taken? I'm not american, I'm Italian so it's not like I'm about to just take sides. All Brits think there army is better than the US army. The Brits do have the best soldiers or best training in the world I will say, but when it comes down to it that's not all that matters. The US technology out does every body. Other than troops, the Brits are out gunned massively. Hollywood didn't influence me man, there just the facts.

If you could combine different characteristics of a couple of world armies (ie Canadian training, German weapons) what do you think would be the best combination?

# Clam Senior : 4 militarys cant lead together, and if the US really had all that training and experience that they wouldn't be baiting just to get kills (putting bomb parts on the ground and shooting anyone, Civi or not, that picks them up.) or even simple blue on blue. Face it, all america has is shiny toys that they cant use properly, their is nothing special about them.

Germans only use German weaponry. so everyone else uses what they use, but thanks for coming out. What other military uses G36's?

Its called tried and true, there is a reason why Russia still use the same concept from 1947, because it works.

Russia has not been in a war in so long because Russians dont have to invade country's for oil, and we dont give our weapons to our enemy's. excluding the cold war. war is not needed.

No you just commit genocide in chechnya.You took their land and then in ww2 deported a whole nation and when they try to claim their independence you invade and kill everything thats not russian.Then close it off to the outside world to try to keep people from seeing. The US Army has more then million soldiers alone the USMC has 190,000 all well trained with good equipment with the most combat experiance in the last 11years then any other country.Any of you really think theres one nation out there that could handle us it would most likely take a union between countrys.Thats not even counting the USAF or USN,coast guard not to mention a big majority of us are armed volunteers wouldn run out anytime soon.

At the end of the day when technology fails.... the soldier is still able to do his job, whether it be with his hands and his logic, nothing beats a well trained soldier, like the RMC do all the time they train and use the Mk 1 transport, what is the Mk 1 transport you may ask? Your own damn legs.

So your transport vehicle has a mechanical failure you stop, wait for recovery, or wait at base till the next day, RMC hardly ever use any transport other then their feet unless its distance over 50miles, last commando test is a 30mile cross country yomp/march across upland Dartmoor, wearing full fighting order, and additional safety equipment carried by the recruit in a daysack. It must be completed in eight hours for recruits and seven hours for Royal Marine officers, who must also navigate the route themselves, rather than following a DS (a trained Royal Marine) with the rest of a syndicate and carry their own equipment.
